Gentle FitnessThe Gentle Fitness class is a health and fitness program that helps older adults maintain their independence & improve their functional fitness. Exercises will focus on improving your strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and flexibility. Monthly assessments track participants progress and target future improvements! All levels of ability are welcome, however, older individuals, those recovering from injury, or anyone beginning an exercise program for the first time will benefit the most. This class currently meets on Tuesdays and Thursday at 1:15pm.
